About Us
Our modern Mediterranean kitchen is serving creative food with a Scandinavian twist. Our head chef Rod and his sous chef Maurice have more than 40 years of experience between them in high-end restaurants all over Europe. Our chefs have devised an innovative menu employing the freshest local ingredients. The flavours originate from the Nordic and Mediterranean cuisines. The menu is accompanied by an nice selection of fine wines.
The inspiration for their cooking and recipes comes from the beautiful Andalucian countryside, fresh local ingredients such as sun-drenched vegetables, fresh fish, fine herbs and superb olive oil. Important values in our kitchen are to use local suppliers, ingredients and seasonal products, basically following the Scandinavian kitchen philosophy.
Being located in the best spot in Puerto Banús by the beach, it is hard not to be influenced by what´s around you, such as the fresh fish of the Mediterranean sea. The ideas of the Scandinavian kitchen are working perfectly here in the heat of Spain.
